The latest condo for sale at the beach is a 1 bedroom oceanfront “fixer” with big views and huge private beachfront patio.
This condo could definitely use some cosmetic updating as it’s all pretty original with tile floors, older kitchen and bath, but the views may make it all worth it.
It’s definitely priced on the very high side so not sure where they’re getting the price for a one bedroom but between the views and size of the patio….all it takes is one buyer to fall in love with it and see the potential. It seems like this one may be on the market for a while at this price, but we’ll have to wait and see as this just hit the market as of 12/21.
